Cordoba Minerals Inc is exploring early-stage gold projects in Colombia. The Company recently optioned the Cordoba property in Colombia from Minatura International LLC, and can acquire up to a 51% interest in the project.

The Cordoba Property covers under-explored marine volcano-sedimentary rocks and various dioritic intrusions, on an apparent northern extension of the highly endowed Mid Cauca Porphyry Gold Belt. Outcropping porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization has been recognized on the concessions, which cover 25,790 hectares in Cordoba province, some 200km north of Medellin. Numerous artisanal gold workings also occur throughout the property, which has seen small scale production for over 30 years.

As part of the Gold Group of resource companies, Cordoba's management team has extensive experience in acquiring and advancing mineral projects around the world.
