Mr. Eckenweiler has been a director of the company since the close of the transaction on May 1, 2015. Mr. Eckenweiler is an executive with worldwide business experience in operations, corporate finance, multiborder negotiations and global securities markets. From Sept. 9, 2013, to May 16, 2014, Mr. Eckenweiler acted as the chief executive officer and as a member of the board of directors of Triton Emission Solutions Inc., a company reporting under the Exchange Act, and engaged in the business of emission abatement and control technologies for the marine industry.
