St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. ("SAS" or the "Company") is an evolving Canadian based gold mining company targeting annual production of ~100,000 ounces of gold in 2013. SAS also has an extensive land package in the Timmins mining district, Northeastern Ontario, Canada, which lies within the world famous Abitibi greenstone belt. SAS is also advancing the Taylor Project through the advanced exploration stage with production anticipated in Q2, 2014.

SAS is the largest landholder for gold exploration with a 120 km stretch of claims which straddle the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone ("PDFZ"), host to numerous gold deposits and mines in the region. The Company, using its extensive geological database, targeted exploration at numerous sites and has focused the 2012/2013 exploration program on areas that lie in close proximity to the existing mines and infrastructure, and to follow up on advanced exploration projects to add to the resource and reserve levels.


SAS' goal is to continue to grow organically or by strategic acquisitions, which will grow the value of the Company for our shareholders.
